- Measure to outside of flange
- Shapes not shown below can be made according to a template made of heavy plastic marked with top side
- Hinge on covers will always split the longest dimension unless otherwise specified
- Covers greater than 96" (2438 mm) are by special order
- Fill in dimensions using the "A", "B", "C", "D", "E", or "F" positions from the drawings below
